This position will require an avid communicator with a strategic ability in order to effectively support the daily operations of our enterprises. The Position

Support the Team

  • Help execute and implement new policies and procedures for grounds, janitorial, and staffing contracts
  • Conduct weekly site visits and safety checks as needed
  • Maintain and dispatch fleet records for employee pickups, drop-offs, vehicle maintenance, and cleaning
  • Log arriving and departing employees in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist Operations Managers as needed and field calls and texts from employees regarding daily attendance
  • Consistently deliver high levels of customer service

Scheduling and Communication

  • Comprehensive understanding of scheduling, hiring, conflict resolution, and fleet management.
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently at a fast pace with the high volume of employees
  • Evaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily staffing operations.

  • Willingness to be on-call after hours and have a flexible schedule depending on business needs
