Our Staffing Onsite Coordinator will have the opportunity to join a team passionate about our work and mission. This position will require an avid communicator with a strategic ability in order to effectively support the daily operations of our staffing enterprise. In this position, your work will create life-changing opportunities for our employees in the Fort Worth area.

The Position

Support the Team

  • Help execute and implement new policies and procedures for staffing contracts
  • Maintain and dispatch fleet for employee pickups, drop-offs, vehicle maintenance, and cleaning
  • Log arriving and departing employees in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Field calls and text from employees regarding daily attendance
  • Consistently deliver high levels of customer service

Scheduling and Communication

  • Comprehensive understanding of scheduling, hiring, conflict resolution, and fleet management.
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently at a fast pace with the high volume of employees
  • Evaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily staffing operations.

  • Must be able to collaborate, communicate, and have fun with teammates, coworkers, and customers
  • Willingness to be on-call after hours and have a flexible schedule depending on business needs
