Job Summary:
The Business Operations Manager for Landscaping is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and employee activity for all social enterprise litter contracts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Schedules are subject to change based on company needs.
Here’s the pay: $45,000-$50,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to staff based on job requirements or special assignments
- Help execute and implement new policies and procedures for all landscaping contracts
- Log arriving and departing employees in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Field calls and texts from employees regarding daily attendance
- Consistently deliver high levels of customer service
- Visit each customer site a minimum of once per week
- Send weekly reports as required by contracts to customers
- Comprehensive understanding of scheduling, hiring, conflict resolution, and fleet management.
- Effective time management and ability to work independently at a fast pace with high volume of employees
- Evaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily operations
Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a clean driving record for five years.
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, and criminal history.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

- Maintain professional demeanor and communication with all fellow staff, management, and persons at the outside facilities.
- Seek supervision and support when encountering an obstacle to contract requirements or in carrying out a job responsibility.
- Incorporate supervisory feedback into work performance to improve service delivery.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Language and communication:
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Ability to document incidents legibly.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and privacy.
Reasoning ability:
Must be able to remain calm under high stress and communicate effectively with supervisor, staff and outside personnel both in person and over the phone.
Certificates, licenses, and registration valid: Driver license

Work environment:
The work environment will include various atmospheres that will change based on the contract location. Occasional exposure to outside staff members and visitors with possible confrontational attitudes. Frequent exposure to communicable disease. Occasional exposure to irritating or caustic substances. Exposure to inclement weather and outdoor elements. Exposure to cars traveling 25-45 mph. Listed below are key points regarding the physical requirements, and work environment of the job.
