Job Summary:
The Business Operations Manager for Staffing is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and employee activity for all social enterprise staffing contracts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to staff based on job requirements or special assignments
- Help execute and implement new policies and procedures for all staffing contracts
- Log arriving and departing employees in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Field calls and texts from employees regarding daily attendance
- Consistently deliver high levels of customer service
- Responsible for initial and ongoing customer/contract acquisitions
- Send reports as required by contracts to customers
- Comprehensive understanding of scheduling, hiring, conflict resolution, and employee management
- Effective time management and ability to work independently at a fast pace with high volume of employees
- Evaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily operations
- Conduct site visits and safety checks as needed
- Assist in maintaining and dispatching fleet records for employee pickups, drop-offs, vehicle maintenance, and cleaning
- Evaluate and identify areas for improvement and efficiency in daily staffing operations
- Manage special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a clean driving record for five years.
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, and criminal history.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED required; Some college preferred
Language and communication: Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form. Ability to read and understand English. Ability to document incidents legibly. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and privacy.
Reasoning ability: Must be able to remain calm under high stress and communicate effectively with supervisor, staff and outside personnel both in person and over the phone.
Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid Driver license
